Key Benefits
- Cost-effective. As DWS comes in three variants, organisations can choose the best solution to suit their needs.
- User-friendly. All DWS variants use the same graphical user interface. This makes it familiar and easy to use. It also means the dispatcher needs no additional training when moving from one dispatcher station to another.
- Ergonomic. A multitude of functions has been integrated into the DWS. This means fewer pieces of equipment on the desk and allows the dispatcher to choose the most comfortable working position.
- Reliable. An integrated solution means fewer cables and pieces of equipment. This makes hardware faults less likely and maintenance easier.
DWS features a Windows-based graphical user interface (GUI).
DWS supports numerous languages, including:
- Arabic
- English
